When securing an appointment with SHAPEDBYALYCIA, it is imperative to adhere to the following terms:

Deposits and cancellations

To secure an appointment for a cosmetic tattooing procedure a non-refundable deposit is mandated. In the event of a rescheduling with at least 48 hours' notice, the deposit may be retained. However, any rescheduling within the 48-hour timeframe will result in forfeiture of the deposit, necessitating the submission of a new deposit for subsequent appointments.

 

To book an appointment for HD brows, Hybrid brows, lash lifting service or brow lamination a non-refundable deposit is mandated. In the event of a rescheduling with at least 48 hours' notice, the deposit may be retained. However, any rescheduling within the 48-hour timeframe will result in forfeiture of the deposit, necessitating the submission of a new deposit for subsequent appointments.​

 

To book any 1:1 mentoring appointments the non-refundable deposit is mandated. In the event of a rescheduling with at least one week notice, the deposit may be retained. However, any rescheduling within the one week timeframe will result in forfeiture of the deposit, necessitating the submission of a new deposit for subsequent appointments.​

 

To secure an appointment as a model for training a non-refundable payment is mandated. In the event of a rescheduling with at least 5 days notice, the payment may be retained. However, any rescheduling within the 5 day timeframe will result in forfeiture of the payment, necessitating the submission of a new payment for subsequent appointments.​

Purpose of Deposit:

The non-refundable deposit serves as a commitment fee to reserve the client's designated time slot for the session. By submitting the deposit, the client acknowledges their commitment to the appointment and ensures the availability of SHAPEDBYALYCIA.

​Late Arrival:

Please ensure you are arriving 5 minutes early to your appointment and please wait in the car and contact me to let me know when you have arrived. Please WAIT for me to let you know when to make your way up to the house, I will then MEET you at the door, please do not ring the doorbell. Any arrival that exceeds 10 minutes post booking will result in cancellation of your appointment and recorded as a ‘no show’ and deposit will be forfeit.​

No Shows:

Any no shows will result in a LOSS OF DEPOSIT to compensate for the business lost. You are not only wasting Alycia's time but wasting a brow spot for other clients. ​

Appointment Policy:

Alycia reserves the right to move, modify or cancel any and all appointments made. You will be notified of any changes that are made to your appointment within 24hrs notice of your appointment times. ​

No Guests:

During brow services, no companions are permitted in the treatment room, ensuring a focused and uninterrupted experience.​Prices:In the case of a price increase after you have made a booking for cosmetic tattooing, the price you have booked it at will be held for 6 MONTHS ONLY This allows plenty of time to book in and complete your treatment.​

Rescheduling:

If you reschedule your appointment more than 3 times, your deposit will be forfeited. After forfeiting the deposit, you will need to book a new appointment and confirm your availability before scheduling. Frequent rescheduling creates significant gaps in our schedule, affecting overall booking efficiency.

Alternative Option: Instead of rescheduling multiple times, please contact us directly. We can cancel your appointment, retain your deposit as credit, and help you rebook once you are fully certain of your availability.​

Appointment Forfeiture:

At Shapedbyalycia, we strive to create a comfortable, professional, and positive experience for all clients. However, to ensure the best outcomes for both the client and the artist, the following policy is in place:​

 

Professional Conduct: Respect and courteous communication are integral to maintaining a positive environment. If a client behaves rudely, disrespectfully, or creates a hostile atmosphere, the appointment may be forfeited at the artist's discretion.​

 

Agreement on Design: A detailed pre-draw consultation is conducted to ensure the client is happy with the design before the cosmetic tattooing process begins. If a client is excessively critical, unreasonably picky, or unable to agree on the design after reasonable adjustments, the artist reserves the right to cancel the appointment.​

 

Red Flag Behaviour: Any behaviour or communication that raises significant concerns for the artist about proceeding with the service may result in the appointment being forfeited.​

 

In all cases where an appointment is forfeited under this policy, the deposit paid at booking will be retained to compensate for the artist’s time and effort.​

 

By proceeding with the booking of the appointment, the client acknowledges and agrees to the non-refundable deposit policy outlined herein. They understand that failure to adhere to the policy may result in the forfeiture of the deposit amount.
